About the games: Warlock "Tanky Caster" my ass, almost all Warlock teams lost because the Lock is squishy. Bizzard, It's time to stop the bias against Warlocks.

CCs are on a diminishing return timer, so full is the full time whereas chain stuns/CCs are going to shorten the time that person will be in whatever CC.
