I dig '89 thru '91, but I'm biased. Most modern designs look pretty similar. I like them all except for 2020.
Just pulled a Andrew Nembhard auto out of one of these! Was so happy to see an auto that was an actual solid role player.

I'm the opposite as you when it comes to "many base cards".
It just takes up too much space.
I'm not sure if others feel the same, but I feel like the longer I collect I veer more and more towards fewer cards and more expensive packs. I have a bookshelf full of cards, and am discouraged to do anymore organizing lol
Yeah. I actually purged about 30k cards a few years ago. And I'm sure I'll do it again fairly soon.

So, just a quick question. I just started collecting a little bit of NBA Illusions, should I continue with those or go for something like Optic Cello packs, Hoops, or maybe some older? stuff like Ilussions 2021, which I can still find at retail.
My answer is always: collect what you like. If you like Illusions, keep collecting it.

Do you use PSA or SGC for grading?
PSA all the way. Even if SGC slabs weren't worth a fraction of PSA slabs, I'm just not a fan of the tuxedo slabs.

I dunno how, but Ive bought 2 packs of retail, pulled a purple Paolo, they $12 AUD here and fat packs $15 and just today bought my second pack got Paolo teal explosion, I seem to go through seasons I get lucky and seasons no luck, but since 2012 Ive really enjoyed buying a few hoops packs

I would say that that Jabari is worth more than $10, especially of how hard it is to pull any of the top guys. You are too generous sometimes! 😉
Yeah, I just had to take a guess, since there are no comps yet. If Jabari was having a better season, I would have valued it higher.

Panini doesn't release odds, so we can all only guess
this pack is more than 20dollar in my country in a card shop nearby me.... where poeple avarage earn less than people in usa. i cant buy it here sadly, not worth (Hungary).
