My life with BPD and Asperger's syndrome!

As my channel grows I felt the need to express myself in ways I never thought I would! But I want to be honest and open from the beginning.
Hopefully, some will understand, and those who deal with the same conditions will be able to relate to and learn from an older man's perspective.
To find true peace in life, you must first experience all the chaos before you finally understand that the path is always there, yet hidden from all the distractions that blind us to it!

There's no cure, but DBT is excellent and you can get books and videos about it now 👌
Highly recommend. And never forget, BPD itself tends to get better with age.
It's a very brave thing to live with these things regardless. We are all our own worst enemy, but some of us experience that on a whole different level.
