Twisted Tempo is stated in ep 101 to be able to control Space and Time by Dr Ziggurat and controlling Space and Time is a 4D feat, it also created a Universe/dimension and a Black Hole with it's Special move, that being said, this proves that Tempo is 4D(Universe level+) and Ryuga being able to break through that Space-Time Continuum, Black Hole and the entire Universe of Tempo makes him 4D too and from Metal Fury onwards all the legendary bladers are 4D since they scale higher than Tempo. Galaxy Pegasus is also Universe level+ too since it created an entire Universe and delete that Universe when it's unlocked by Gingka. This is the Final proof that Metal Fight Beyblade is Universe level+
The concept of Space and Time is 1A and transcending Space and Time can be 5D, so I'd say they're in these range and not just limited to 4D because of Tempo's Space-Time Continuum

I agree about the voices of the characters in English, that their voices are ugly, and even the voice actors of Miraculous Ladybug are better, and they have the same voice actors as anime shonen, but why the hell does Beyblade Metal not have voice actors for anime shonen, even though it is the anime and give them voice actors for the characters, totally spies and hero 108. Beyblade Metal is An anime that is supposed to have the same voice actors as shonen anime in English, like all anime, like Ryuga should be voiced by Todd Haberkorn, Kyoya should be voiced by Johnny Young Bosch, and Aguma should be voiced by Patrick Seitz.

TBH im not sure how youd power scale something that by default has limitless power and ontop of that endless strength it can steal power to both weaken its opponents and grow itself stronger.
