Hollow fiber MBR is wonderful for sewage/waste water treatment
Yes , hollow fiber and flat sheet MBR both have its advantages. But if we compare both, then hollow fiber is better.

What is being poured on cassette during cleaning???
During cleaning, NaOCL i.e Sodium hypochlorite and citric acid is poured. Here cleaning is done without removing the membrane from tank.

If there is airlock or water is not coming after cip of mbr what is the problem?
It indicated fouling and clogging of MBR. Similar case happens with us with UF. There it figured out that aeration was not done properly during backwash.
Pressure of blower was not sufficient to do that.
Pl look that part too
