here’s the pattern i wrote in english, excuse any shoddily written notes as i just wrote down what made sense to me: RED (under) 46ch, ch 1 r1: insert hook in 2nd ch from hook, 46sc, ch 2 and flip r2: *[(1dc, 1ch, 1dc), skip 2] *repeat, end with (1dc, 1ch, 1dc), ch 2 and flip ^^ no chains between skips r3: in skip space, *[(2dc), 1ch, (2dc)] *repeat (2dc in each space, 1ch b/t them), ch 2 and flip r4: in skip space, *[(2dc), 2ch, (2dc)] *repeat (do ALL in one space, makes arch), ch 2 and flip r5-6: *[(3dc), 2ch, (3dc)] *repeat (only in ch space in the arch), ch 2 and flip (only for r5) end of r6: ch 2 and slst to the nearest sc, fasten off CREAM (over) 46ch, 1ch r1: 2nd ch from hook, 46sc, ch 2 and flip r2: [9dc, 1inc] x4; 6dc, ch 2 and flip r3: 3dc, 5dc cluster, 1inc; 1dc, 5dc cluster, 2dc, 1inc ^^ FOR CLUSTER: change to red yarn on last pull thru. start a dc, leaving two loops, 1dc, leaving 3 loops, 1dc, leaving 4 loops, 1dc, leaving 5 loops, 1dc; now having 6 loops on the hook, take white yarn and pull thru all 6 loops- KEEP RED WEAVED IN now having 2 clusters- *[4dc, 1inc] *repeat up until last 10 st 3dc, 5dc cluster, 1inc; 1dc, 5dc cluster, 2dc, 1inc, ch 1 and flip r4: *[3sc, 1inc, 3sc] *repeat, ch 1 and flip r5: *[1sc, 3ch, skip 1] *repeat, end with 1sc, fasten off STRAP, CREAM [4ch, 5dc cluster in first ch]x2; slst clusters together at top, 45ch without fastening off, slst into every ch on BOTH pieces, laying cream on top and red on bottom to stitch together at end of piece, 45ch; [4ch, 5dc cluster]x2, slst clusters together and fasten off weave in ends and trim them CHERRY STEMS in green yarn, sew cherry stems (look at photo for reference): one horizontal line under the original sc row on the cream section, above both red clusters; sew two stems from top of each cluster going into the middle of the horizontal line. double up yarn on stems and top. pull one end under the closest stem on the back, tie both ends together and trim _ /\ OO
