Hey VeigarV2, I might be thinking about it too situationally, but one other thing about going RH second after BORK, is although single target it has significantly less dmg than some of the other options; if you are hitting 2 or 3 units with your R on each shot, every unit will spawn the bolts meaning that each individual target will get hit by a extra bolts, so I think the damage is situationally actually higher than for example Kraken. Do you think this doesn't matter or is too situational, because this is also how i justify buying it second (along with the other things you mentioned about it)
Definitely good, u ideally line up enemies with ur r anyways and runaans makes it that much stronger
