Just to let you know the round dial with switches on it to the right of the throttles is the power steering assist .it can be turned off, turned to very easy for fast speeds and also medium setting for fishing with more control. Very useful option. I actually took this boat out today as it's my friends boat and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.👍👍

Interesting, Dan. You didn't mention fuel tankage so it's a little tough to know how the South Florida folks would view this as an island hopper (where petrol supplies can sometimes get dodgy on some of the islands). But there is a trend in favor of power cats, thats for sure. They can deal better with the wind driven coastal slop, I'm told, and they simply have more volume for 'stuff' (as your walk around demo'd). The smaller Florida Boat Shows seem to be little more than Center Console shows...so this fits.

Dan, I would assume, that the rear-facing seat is a fish box. I figure the starboard box is for a fish box also? I didn't see anything on the portside.

Would be used for drinks/food most likely. In deck for fish. At least that’s how we roll. Forward coffin is ideal for fishbox
I personally like the boat but it's hard to make a good judgement and would like to have had somebody more knowledgeable in the boat
Space up on the bow is for the 50 cal machine guns .

Gulf Craft have actually been building for 40yrs so they are not exactly new. But everyone entitled to their own opinion so all good.
