^ I gotta admit, i used to use >>ZZX combo before with my CA, But not that much. I should also admit that CA got weaker in pvp especially if we're talking about ranged characters. PLUS, she can't easily die in pvp if the opponent knows how to counter CA.
Vinvelan Whereas Assault Strike stops all mana breaks, Mental Crash is an indirect form of stopping mana breaks. It does not actually stop you from mana breaking. It already received a duration nerf in KR, and this is more attached to teamplay where you would get destroyed by Marbas but get no MP from it. Can call the skill unfair, but hey, it's "unique and innovative." I only dislike that VC can only play one way because the skill is too strong in NA currently. But saying KOG did wrong by releasing it? I think that's subjective.
+Starshotmayhem When the skill was released, the debuff lasted 9 seconds with a skill attribute. 9. Seconds. The skill had 4 seconds of cooldown. VC can immediately shut down any and all classes with that. That's /severely/ worse than 4 seconds of preventing mana-breaking. At least when Assault Strike was over, you could have manabroken and retaliated with the MP you got from CrA hitting you but with VC you can't even do that since that Breaking Fist can burn 25mp. 4 seconds of cooldown on that too. So that tiny amount of natural mp gain you were hoping would save you when you hit 100? You'll never go higher than 25 ~ 30. And with the damage Ravens do in NA all they need is 9 seconds to kill you. So subjective? Not really no. That's a horrible decision on KoG's part. P.S Mental Crash can cancel manabreaking with the right attribute.

Rose is the only character, next to Eve, whos classes play significantly different from one another. Half of the CRs in NA are braindead idiots, the S.Troopers actually know how to combo well, and Freyjas are so-so, though most are cringy af.

Plus the fact that almost everyone is on 11+ meta on KR so I don't know whatchu talkin about. ' =' 3rd of all, no she absolutely doesn't need that skill at all, it's basically a more broken version of stoic since it doesn't kd your opponent, it's like saying that luciel "probably" needs stoic too just because of the low defense. It doesn't really work like that.

For PvP dragonic i guess. Although Velder is a good set for every rose with dark 3 and auto pistols. It's literally free 300MP in PvP. In PvE, dragonic would still be good too.
See i know Crimson Rose would be op because even in Dfo the class was really strong. The first job they did kinda look like it was already fixed to fit in with pvp but this one will be fixed also but it will not change as much so it's no point in saying "nerf this or nerf that". Look at how well they "nerf" DiE the first time before the revamp happen. This class you can see is strong in the hands of Hi Ro and not everyone. He even crush players that was the same class. Hi Ro is just that good or does everyone forget his CrA and the pvp videos he did with that class even when it had it's "nerf" and even when they revamped the CrA he was still dangerous.
Many people saying CrR is op. Except for the bind, I didn't see anything that couldn't be countered by proper use of strategy. Most players here lost because they weren't used to her skills. Heck, that Elsword could have avoided that finishing strike, but he didn't see it coming.

Her options for hit confirms are also rather limited. So I think that she's very OP when there's little lag, but said lag is in abundance in Elsword NA. Therefore Rose will probably be mid-tier in PvP. Just my opinion.
