genuine question; you mention that you wear a watch while cooking... is it not extremely frowned upon? saw other videos of cooks with watches and the comments were shitting on them relentlessly personally im a real sweaty person so I know I couldnt wear one, but whats your overall take on the topic? regardless, really nice collection

Some establishment frown on wearing a watch while cooking, so if you work for those establishment you would have to follow their rules. The places that I worked for allowed folks to wear a watch and a plain wedding band plus we follow ServSafe guidelines. I have worn a watch most of my life and I feel like something is missing when I'm not wearing one, that's just me. Again thank you so much for coming into the channel have a great New Year.
