My hair has grown so much in less than 2 years just doing Castrol oil, Alo Vera juice, and twists. Can't wait to try some of these. Thank you for teaching me to care for my hair, it's transformed my relationship with my natural hair:)
Ayurvedic herbs are the truth. I started watching Curly Proverbz and that’s how I learned about it, my hair is so much thicker and longer now. I use the herbs weekly in regimen. Thank you for sharing.
Ayurvedic ingredients have been a game changer for me. I started doing henna glosses many years ago but decided to jump into a stronger Ayurvedic routine last year since I was home any way. Curly Proverbz has been my guiding light through it and my hair had been thriving. The key is to pick a few things that work for you and make build your regimen from there. It seemed like a lot at first but after I picked a few things and stuck with them my hair is healthier and I finally retained length past the plateau it stayed at for years 🙂

I have a friend who is from New Delhi and she gave me her bottle of Vatika oil years ago when it was difficult to find online. I have bags of the Nupur 9herbs henna. I just bought some oils from my local indian shop, Bhramhi oil and Mahabhringaraj oil (massage this oil on your head for 10-15 minutes its said to help you sleep). Now I have to see if they have flaxseed oil.
Love the vibes in this video. The music you used for your unboxing and trip to Little India. Unboxing that gorgeous bag on the black and white rug. We see you girl! Those stores in Little India were amazing with all things Ayurvedic your heart could ever want! You got some powerhouse ingredients. Well done!💜
Thanks for sharing. Great haul! Little India is the best place!!! I use that same brand of Bhringraj (bring+raj) it is THE BEST herb for your hair, you are going to truly enjoy it. Have fun creating your mixtures, can't wait to see what you come up with.

Can you address scalp issues? My hair is much like yours, but my scalp prevents me from stretching washes. I end up scratching my scalp so much and having to wash after 7 days each time. The dandruff makes me want to take my hair out of twists and start again. How do you keep your scalp clean and how do you get the dirt to flow out if your hair in the shower while in twists?
Don’t scratch your scalp with your nails! It can cause inflammation. Try using scalp massagers or your finger pads instead. I have itchy scalp too. Hair type: 4b. Honestly, I’ve been using ‘sulfur8 light’ on my scalp after wash day and it helps! Lately, my scalp itches less & I’ve been seeing GROWTH. 💕 Be kind to your scalp, some scalps are more sensitive than others. 😌
Have you tried medicated scalp shampoos like Nizoral? It has active ingredients that help to reduce dandruff if it’s a big problem. Should work to reduce it. And look out for any products that might be triggering dandruff. They could be causing flare ups
