My hair has grown so much in less than 2 years just doing Castrol oil, Alo Vera juice, and twists. Can't wait to try some of these. Thank you for teaching me to care for my hair, it's transformed my relationship with my natural hair:)

Ayurvedic ingredients have been a game changer for me. I started doing henna glosses many years ago but decided to jump into a stronger Ayurvedic routine last year since I was home any way. Curly Proverbz has been my guiding light through it and my hair had been thriving. The key is to pick a few things that work for you and make build your regimen from there. It seemed like a lot at first but after I picked a few things and stuck with them my hair is healthier and I finally retained length past the plateau it stayed at for years 🙂

I use to go to Little India all the time to get my products. Pioneer was the main store I went to as well. Now I just order the items online. Nice haul, I may have to take a trip down there.

The Vatika I use to use years ago but because my hair doesn't like coconut oil it made my hair hard then break, but I'm curious to hear how it works for you as you have mentioned that your hair doesn't like coconut oil. Maybe the Vatika will be better for the scalp...

I didn't know you used henna. Awesome! Do you find that the clear castor oil works better on your hair than the Jamaican black castor oil?

Definitely interesting, Ayuverdic Herbs are wonderful. Also the correct pronunciation is Am-La not Al-ma.

Great video...darn I wish I had a store like this near me. I used to visit a store like this when I lived in the city...I miss it a lot. Next time I’m in town I’ll have to go check one out and stock up. I do have to admit I I’m still able to buy the Ayurvedic powders online from a female black-owned business but the prices are higher than what you paid.
