Every time I've come across Police Scotland, they have been rude and aggressive hoping me or someone else that I'm with will react so that they have an excuse to bother us, they treat everyone as if they are a criminal, it's been like that for as long as I can remember
Its so wrong that people feel targeted and can't go to an officer for help 😢😢
We know it so very well dating back many decade’s. It was a different place even in 1960 and 1981. Very uncaring, unprofessional standards, indeed totally agree. I don’t think it will change. They need to hear the victims and become a far better police force.

Police Scotland are monsters
Tell them nothing. Never give em the heads up that you are making a documentary. The only time that you answer questions is like your name etc, but all with a lawyer present (not their corrupt duty one).
I've also been subjected to Police Scotland (Edinburgh, mainly) corruption both in interaction where they used suggestive language and intimidation to either allow entry, search or non-compulsory compliance. Whilst in custody: I've been subjected to pain compliance where cuffs were angled and pushed down to inflict pain. Then moved to a cell where I was pinned and stripped without informing me what was happening, and I was not sure of how far, if at al, they would continue to brutalise me. Resulting trauma has been debilitating, but with time has become more empowering. Corruption is lies, and lies are unsustainable. Reform will come.
By the sounds of it you've had it a lot rougher than me!!! They've had a good go at you clearly...stay strong mate!!! Picking up a camera is my way of coping with it...it is never easy but hope you're gaining strength mate!

The police at Dundee didn't stop or affect my bank account directly, but took my phone away and I had no other means to access the account over Christmas etc.

@AAUK2 it would be good if you did some videos on the differences between Scottish and English law - so that the non-scots really start to understand how bad Police Scotland actually are. Most dont know that up here our cops are immune from prosecution - so they dont give a F about the way they act. Or that no solicitor will take a civil case against the police.
Also be interested to know the full story of how they siezed your channel ?
I honestly couldn't tell the Scots a thing about Police Scotland or the law that they don't already know... There's little to nil actual difference between the laws if the truth is told, just differently sectioned or named Acts with unfamiliar words (to us English) like Sheriff but factually and actually little to no difference. GDPR Laws, freedom to journalise etc are enshrined in law too so they can't deviate from wider UK, European and International laws which all play a part in auditing and the laws generally one way or another. Freedom of expression for example is a human right. Scots know auditing is lawful but the police are brutal and nasty up here. There's some far braver Scottish auditors already out there doing a great job but they need more help from England, Wales and Ireland generally. I will upload the video about my phone and UA-cam channel soon... They still have control of the channel and still got the phone!! I will do more explainers 😁👍😎🙋
@@AAUK2 @@AAUK2 looking forward to more of you stuff. But it's worth explaining that the braver Scottish auditors have all pretty much been harassed and intimidated by the police and the PF. To the point that they have quit. English auditors and anyone with a decent amount of subscribers are untouchable - but there are so many Scottish auditors who have 1 to 5 videos up that disappear off UA-cam and are never heard of again Auditing Scotland and Man in the high castle to name just 2. There's plenty such content that you piece together to highlight police Scotland tactics - they're not gonna come and park their cars outside your house to intimidate you are they ?
(edit). Also have a look at BHC audits - channel with one great video then nothing - police Scotland will not tolerate home grown auditors.
