I've learned in touring hundreds of model homes that fencing is not used as it is a model home. However this says this is a new sub division so they may supply those options in brochures. As for the garage, most of the first model homes built have offices set up in the garage space and therefore is not filmed or shown. You'll get info on what the garage options are at time of viewings. I agree about the fountain being brown tho. Maybe it hasn't rained in awhile before this video was filmed and with so much building going on the wind is blowing the dirt around. This are all easily explained things. But glad people notice this! Myself personally I wish they'd open every single door in these videos even if it's a closet. I'm a woman who loves her closet spaces. I haven't watched this video yet, so this person may do that! But it looks fabulous from the top view.

1.7 million for a 6,000 sq ft home in Flower Mound...You have got to be kidding. That area is 15 mins from the nearest freeway. I know our housing market went up, but that's ridiculous for that area, maybe Plano, Irving, Arlington and the Mid -Cities, but not Flower Mound and especially not a new sub diversion that aint even gated and whose fences allow the main road to be seen cause there is no tree line and the fences are metal instead of 10 ft brick .....
It seems it is for people from California and NYC who sold their $5million house(s), not everybody knows about TX or the area.

Toll Brothers seems to understand that families need space and storage. The loft is creatively designed. I was interested in whether or not these lots are fenced in? I live in California where a fence comes standard. Briggs you are showing out with these videos!

Crap that’s right down my street! The price for the model shown is $2.5 million. It’s a terrible development as you are right next to your neighbors within 100 feet or less. No privacy what so ever but they do put a stick in your yard that in 30 years might provide some shade. Wait until you see the taxes on this one and the 100 of the others in your “neighborhood “

That front walk way is such a waste. Nobody walks like that. Where is the garage? This is Texas after all. Remaining space does not seem like enough for a drive and garage.
I've been in larger homes with only single stairway. That takes up so much space in such a small house.
As the target demo for homes like this, I am greatly disappointed at the major features being left out. This is the epitome of all flash and no substance.
That's pretty terrible the cut at the driveway at the end so you go and you have to joggle left I hope your guy you're not don't have a boat or something no doors also there's no freaking swimming pool in back there's no fence and you haven't gone upstairs. Wow they can't even add doors to your 100 million dollar house

It has a 3 car side load garage being used as their sales office. you should see the outside towards the beginning of the video.
