What do you mean by "go back home"? This IS her home. There are processes that everyone needs to follow, including the new owner. Demolishing the house is not part of the process. Yes she's aware that she hasn't been paying her bond, but who has heard her reason behind that? We all know that banks don't care. That is why we have court systems and that's all she's asking for - a fair chance to be heard. A chance for her to gather her next move. Even you would never easily leave a house you've bonded for many years if you had nowhere to go. With kids!
Banks don't care about reason.. It's not fair on the new own. It sounds heartless but it's life. Imagine he bought a house and can't move in because she is not moving out and not paying
A dispute from 2015 ? Imagine . I feel sorry for her but she needs to go for her own sanity ke manje and safety and health reasons . One thing about a house that is owned by the bank their grace and mercy is very limited . Talking from experience.
@@123smc banks don't care but the law matters. The owner is supposed to get an eviction order from the courts, not demolish the house. The house is no longer hers legally, but there are processes that are designed to serve human beings. What he is doing is animalistic and shameful.
@@LieslJames imagine buying a house and can't move in because there is someone staying there for free for years while the bank deducts from you every month..
