Use a brass hammer knock off the ring. Machine to fit onto E-locker and tack weld on.

I bought an tre elocker 2 years ago for my samurai. You had to grind down a bearing cap at the base of it within 2mm of the bolt hole for an anti rotation piece. Very poorly designed. I returned that pos and got an arb.
