I have this model and it's definitely not this easy. It's been over an hr and the nozzle will not come loose no matter what.

Hello, I have A Creaity CR-10 with Dual Z Axis motors. The z axis goes up and down when homing but will not go up when printing. Is this a problem with my machine or am i doing something wrong in Cura ?

Hi, How does the Teflon tube go down so smoothly on yours? On my CR10S Pro the tube seems to be getting stuck where the heat break should be meeting the throat. No filament in the way. I can see down the throat but by eye I can't see anything in the way. I'm finally able to use enough force to push the tube by but I hope it's not deforming the tube.

I recommend using something smaller, like one of the allen keys they give you with the printer

@@GeekCreek73 On the contrary, I've used my CR10S Pro for a year and today was the first time I had a problem with a clogged nozzle. It's an excellent product. UPDATE The screws are M3X5
