"Homemade Peanut Butter "
In times like today , healthy lifestyle is not an option but a choice . We often hear that healthy food is not tasty so we at FOODCHRONICLES are trying our best to make you fall in love with HEALTHY FOOD.
Ingredients -
2 cup Peanuts
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Salt
Procedure -
1)Roast the peanuts on medium flame in a pan for 5 - 6 minutes.
2)Roast until the skin peels off.
3)Spread the roasted peanuts on cotton cloth and gather the cloth , rub the cloth roughly . This step will help to peel the skin of peanuts easily .
4)Open the cloth & peel the remaining peanuts , collect all of them in a bowl.
5)Take a grinder / food processor , add the peanuts & grind them until the peanuts releases oil .
6)Add oil , honey , salt and grind it 15 - 20 times until the desired consistency is achieved .
7)Healthy homemade peanut butter is ready .
2 cup peanuts gave us 1 cup peanut butter.
In the beginning you might feel the recipe is not coming together but have faith in yourself & the recipe . The butter will turn out tasty & delicious .
