Place is overhyped; been there on a week stay. It’s a shame they don’t count with a central HVAC system (good ole Mini splits). No where near as luxurious as they make it appear.

i have to agree with previous comments for 1.9 million and huge like 14-15% interest.... its not worth it that kind of cash can get you a nice house in pacific beach or la jolla on mount soledad and you dont have to worry about being targeted from certain members of society every time you walk out your door... you are better off buying land in Baja and developing your own house for far less than this price point.... Its not worth your time

There's no way I would spend that much to live in TJ.... Appliances and furniture look cheap. Thailand and the Philippines look way more appealing.
