Owned one briefly-really expensive and horrible tracking-as far as the harmonics, I got more interesting and beautiful results by using 1-2 AJH VCOs through some of their other modules like Ring SM and Sonic XV wavefolder.
@@mamakuproject oh really! That’s one of my favorite of all time but I can understand as well as it’s quite a weird beast. What did you not liked about it if I may ask ?
I was surprised how digital it sounded for an analog line of modules. I think you can have interesting rhythms created with it for sure, and the drive is quite nice, but the reverb sounds terrible to my ears and the general sound is too murky for my liking- although a verbos trait- I didn’t like what was coming out of it. I really tried to like it! The CO is my favourite analog oscillator and this demo makes me want a HO to pair with it. I didn’t realise they could work well together and also that the HO could be sort of a pinged filter bank. May be the delay makes more sense with the HO actually than the CO. Merci pour ton beau travail
@@mamakuprojectI understand completly, I do love the murky sound of this reverb and I guess it's also down to that. Indeed the HO is a superb instrument on it's own, a very unique take on the waveshaping oscillator.

The only module Ive sold & repurchased. Amazing oscillator
Dude, the same.
Sold it because I didn’t have verbose system and rebought once I got more verbos mods
It's a very cool oscillator, very nice sounds here. Caterina Barbieri does some amazing things with it.
Thanks !
Yes she does!
She uses this in combination with a DPO if I am correct.
Amazing mate! Been waiting for a HO tutorial and patch ideas, thank u!
Great demo! Show us the bass patch!
I use mine as one input of my ring modulator. that pitch knob feels just so good, and the harmonics do some magic with ring modulation…
Oh that’s an interesting idea, I’ll dive into this one of these days, thanks for sharing.
please provide
a video as mentioned just for the patch at the end with noise modulation.
17:08 big portal 2 soundtrack vibes here. So cool
I love the concept of this module. I dont love the price tag tho 😅
Your mini knobs are red!!!
These are red knob toppers from Thonk ;-)
Finally, a clear video with some patch examples with this wonderful module! Looking forward to the rest! thank
Big thanx for sharing this great tutorial! Amazing oscillator, it’s so versatile. Greetings 🖖👽
uff, the whole Verbos System is just wonderful! I settled with the TT Buchla system for now ... until I win the lottery :)
I’m guilty of having both and I can tell the TT / Buchla is also a damn great system
Yes it would be good to see another video if you have another patch for this oscillator - these were all really nicely explained. Great job!
Wonderful. Would love to see the bass patch
that was fun - great sounds!
Would love to see the bass patch please!
Sounds like hordijk with more options hrm osc …
damn those drums are so cool
Somebody loves verbos

I would be interested in how the phases of those sines relate - are the octaves in the same zero crossing or freerunning?
The phase has to be related but I never checked how.
Rockin demo
Thanks sir ;-)
nice patches
Thanks
Man I love the multi envelope I could die to get it in there.. I have three they make the most digital weirdness sound very analog texturewise..
I never liked it from the time I had it to be honest.
@@Stazmafelt the same about the multi delay
