Yes, an Alpine GTA V6. Very nice car, I had one like this. Very sharp and precise steering, very nice engine sound. Relatively lightweight as of the polyester body.
And the mercedes, that didn't even crash and it sheered it's front hub. They are just built badly, from cast aluminium. Cast steel is fine, forged is better. But expensive. German manufacturing is the worst penny pinching group ever

Alter was ist dem mit dem Benz Fahrer bei 4:40 los ? Jedem kann ein Fehler passieren aber Bruder du fährst keine 20m und verkakst gleich die nächste Kurve ?? Benimmt euch und fahrt anständig auf der Strecke, genau wegen euch kommen so viele Leute vergeblich zum Ring und können nie fahren weil die Strecke immer geschlossen ist… schade
Würde sagen dass ihm beim ersten Ausritt was abgerissen ist, so wie das Vorderrad da rumwabbelt. Dann hat er bei der nächsten Kurve wohl nicht mehr richtig einlenken können. Meine Vermutung.
Its a Renault Alpine A110. Amazing good handling, plenty fast V6 turbo as well. Can use it everyday, roomy, quiet and comfortable. Always liked those. The catch? Cost about as much as a Porsche 911. Dealer support is rare. Doesn't look like a calmed down racing car. Needed more rally car influence, less Citroen.
This model was a V6/GTA but they sold a facelifted model with pop-up headlights as the A610. All configured with a variant of the PRV V6 (turbo optional) in the rear for very easy snap oversteer, if that's your thing.
Only a few go to the ring with Mercedes or Audi. Apart from the amg Gtr or R8. BMW simply works best alongside Porsche and most cars that drive there are BMWs. BMW are simply the cheapest basis for motor sports and thats the reason.
The BMW handling is easy to feel. Alas, it feels like understeer. Push harder, it likes to oversteer. Forget a competent amateur driver staying with an equal driver in a well serviced Porsche. But, Porsches cost the earth to fix when you bash it in.

It's a Renault GTA. They were not allowed to use the Alpine name at the time as it was owned elsewhere. I know because I had one 👍
