Having been an attorney for 46 years I heartily concur that you should retain a Workers Comp attorney. It will be worth it. He/she may be able to obtain interim relief for you prior to the ultimate resolution. I don't do Workers Comp so you just received the sum total of my knowledge on the subject. Best of luck going forward.
