I have trouble drawing fast enough to finish during the tests 😕
Marissa, thanks for the comment. I believe learners can significantly better their drawing speeds by practicing the same drawing multiple times. If you are serious about finishing in time, take a drawing that you have to do in class, and draw it at home timing yourself each time you draw it. You will see a bettering in drawing time, from maybe 40 min to 30min and in the end 20min for the same drawing. This will give you confidence to also speed up your drawings during test series... All the best.
Hi im grade 9 will be doing egd next year and i feel like i can't draw so i will subscribe to ur channel to see if i can do well in EGD because my brother got a egd distinction last year just for watching ur vids so lets hope i can do well thx.....

As this is the scenario
Your school took on a project and needs you to design a multipurpose cafeteria next to the school's sports field. The cafeteria must be designed so that it can serve as a tuck shop for the learners during the week, but it should also function as a cafeteria on sport days. The cafeteria should include two change rooms :one for girls and boys. It is used by players for team talks and must contain showers and toilets. The school had asked you to draw up designs for the cafeteria and dressing rooms. After the plans have been approved, the school will construct the new cafeteria and dressing rooms. The school has limited space for the new building, so it is a requirement that the dressing rooms and cafeteria form one building.
Sorry to bother you about I just really want to approve my EGD grade from a 2 to a 4/5 at least because it's a compulsory subject

I have trouble visualizing in 3d as well as drawing different views of an object... any tips?
Thanks Caelee for your comment. My advice is to start by practicing drawing simple 3D shapes in freehand, such as cubes, cones, etc. The more you draw these objects, the better your 3D visualization will become. You can develop them into more complex drawings as you grow in confidence.

The principles and requirements are very similar to the Grade 11 PAT. Under pressure because my teacher said i have to get atleast 80% in my finals because of my PAT 😐 what would happen if i didn't? Tge whole PAT is cancelled out?
Nkateko... Pleade and beg with your teacher to give you the opportunity to resubmit your PAT. Your PAT and SBA is 50% of your final mark...
@@HowToEGD i submitted my PAT and got a very high mark for it. My teacher ssid if i dont get a minimum of 80% in my exams its considered as suspicious activity and the whole PAT will be cancelled out
