This is our house, as `Bou` would say. DreambassUK Records is a family-run label and events collective, founded in April 2022 by Dj Zent. His vision brought together a fantastic team, shaping it into what it is today.
Mark Track and D-Zire, both experienced Drum & Bass artists, are part of the crew. Elinor, an integrative counsellor, supports inclusivity and helps connect the world of mental health with Drum & Bass. The team believes there’s a strong link between mental health and Drum & Bass and aims to bring that connection to the forefront of the scene.
DreambassUK Records is here to empower anyone making great Drum & Bass music, with a diverse group of artists from all backgrounds and places.
'Ready When You Are' EP
Dunk and DJ Zent cook up something special with this blend of two unique styles. Dunk, from Brazil, brings his minimal mastery, while Zent, based in Manchester, delivers precision. Together, they’ve crafted a four-part EP featuring two collabs and two individual tracks, giving you a glimpse into their creative minds. This EP fuses Dunk’s atmospheric sound with Zent’s forward-thinking bass design. Could this be the start of something big? That’s up to you!

1. Dunk & DJ Zent 'Ready When You Are'
This one wastes no time! 'Ready When You Are' is a powerful track that kicks off the EP with hypnotic soundscapes leading to an explosive drop. The top-end reverb on the bass is spot on, smoothly transitioning into a heavy bass response. After the break, the track evolves with new bass variations and some fresh surprises.

2. Dunk & DJ Zent 'Yessur
With Dunk’s signature ominous intro and rolling sub-bass, Zent’s progressive bass work adds depth. Each drop ups the energy, with fresh drum shuffles and bass grooves leading into a standout breakdown. 'Yessur' has the team’s favourite breakdown of the EP-it brings that euphoric dance-floor vibe every time.

3. DJ Zent 'Vibes'
Zent delivers another gem, mixing emotional synths and pads with a rolling sub-bass groove and hard-hitting bass stabs. As the track progresses, so do the melodies, grooves, and overall vibes. Vibes lifts you up and gently brings you back down to earth.

4. Dunk 'Rolling'
Dunk’s signature style is clear here. 'Rolling' starts with catchy two-bar melodic grooves and leads smoothly to the drop. This atmospheric journey is full of foley, pads, and cinematic touches. After the break, there’s a fresh switch-up with exciting new bass elements to keep things interesting.
