Hey there Shindo 7, I enjoyed the video, but there are 2 mistakes, one of them is the magnitude. It was rated a 7.4 not 7.3, and a big mistake is in the second earthquake (assumed hypocenter element), the position wasn't off the coast of Fukushima , it occurred in the mainland of Fukushima, this is why there was no tsunami warning. If your confused about JQuake replay (your video) and wondering why it didn't show the second earthquake in a different area, its because you are using the free version of JQuake that doesn't support PLUM method earthquake detection, insted it uses NIED, and so, the earthquake early warning was delayed and wasn't showing the second earthquake, one last thing, in the first earthquake, I am pretty sure that 5 lower occurred in Sendai and Fukushima as it shows in NHK emergency broadcasting.
Fortunately Japan has a mature earthquake warning system such as earthquake safe building which will safe as much lifes as possible. I have never seen a warning system like this on the world, which warns the whole country.

Since NHK broadcasts the same programs everywhere, the earthquake early warning is also common, but regular TV is divided by area, such as Tohoku, Kanto, Kansai, and so on. That is the difference.

Yes it's was Magnitude 6 and then 2 minutes later the earthquake magnitude 7.3 struck
It was the same back in '11, that quake had a foreshock and many aftershocks which contributed to it's severity.
