The first hill of the Southern Rock Racing event at Rush Offroad definitely caught the drivers attention. Rush Offroad made a pretty good gap that the drivers had to either commit and jump or slow down and crawl. While most drivers cleared it with no problem their were a few who had some wild rides. - Авто та транспорт
Everyone: "damn that was fast what was the time on that one"

Bro facts 😂
SUBTITLE TEXT HERE
If I ever break into motorsports, I'm calling my team "TEXT HERE" and change my name to "Placeholder"
It was about 18 seconds lol
Same man. I was like it's gotta be like 16 seconds -_- damn title text here.
Thank you for having them get progressively quicker. I really liked that it just kept getting more impressive as it went on
No problem 👍
Funny how it was MORE exciting to watch it sorted in order like this, even though I knew each new attempt would be both successful and faster than the earlier one. I hope you have more videos like this.
Wow! I’ve only ever seen 1 person get the time of “title text here” ...amazing
I'm mad idk what the time is on the one. Looked fast
@@jakobbeelar about 17 seconds i would say
The video only has a counter.
@Offline Boot Guessing it was between 20.198 and 18.959 cause all the runs are in descending order. pretty quick!
WOW! youre the only person to point out the only flaw in the video! I bet youre fun.
"here comes a spectacular flip! Better point my camera at the sky!"
I'm wondering if the camera man was working out if they needed to start running as it was rolling over in their direction :)
Lmfao
Watched this only for a couple of days. Can't get enough. Think I found my new favourite sport.
I'm not sure of what I'm watching here but it looks fun as hell.
After the first couple of drivers, it seemed as though everyone else keyed into the same racing line, and just kept getting faster, wow.
they were organized slowest to fastest --
The fist couple get screwed. Lol. Teachable moments.
Also the course is getting knocked down each run. Those tire are ripping all the high spots off.
Yea once some good lines were cut all they needed to do was follow em.
Stay in front of your own dust so u can see and gas on it..
@@jessepitt very true didnt think of that that kind of spoils the whole competition.
I friggin thought 20 seconds was an impressive time... You could imagine, my head exploding for the 11's!!!
That's some friggin serious power!!!!!!!
Who else was expecting green cage to finish in reverse
ToILetRoll me love lol
Me 😂
me lmfao
Would not have surprised me. Knew Roland when he was wheelin in a Dodge D50 pickup.
i was like that would definitely earn him the win in my book
"Rock Climbing...WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO CLIMB A ROCK!!!?"...........from one of my favorite comedy movies ever.
Love how you have them in order of ETs - every run I was blown away at how much faster they got.
Haha, I thought they were learning from each other.
Title text here, that's an unbelievable run on a hill like that.

im sure you think your brilliant but your not even funny.
you're
@@bryannonya9769 stfu dude you replied on the other guy also for saying the same thing but your just a little kid that doesnt get jokes
I had never seen pro stick built competition. These climbers are serious like a heart attack. As long as you qualify for the next round, you will always know victory. I love being a machinist, I love fine skills, I love my hands!
An engine, suspension and a roll cage on huge tires... these things must be so fun to drive. Love it.
That last guy was so smooth he looked like he was going to the store for milk.
Wil Hobbs this has me LOL in class 😂
His dad went to the store for milk but it didn’t end the same
He never came back.
The track is getting graded smoother every run.
Yeah man I’ve had sketchier Uber rides.
I cant imagine the time and money that has gone into these things. The frames are insaine all by themselves
One of those will probably set you back 100k
Only Thing Worth watching anymore on the tube awesome thank you
The algorithm brought me here, blessed be it's name
they wore a good groove in there by the end and made it faster as they went...this place started out as an impossible hillclimb and now it's a track that goes up hill...the place i grew up had a machine dug 25 foot deep pit we called the dip and every year more dirt and sand would go down and the lip at the top became less pronounced so it got easier every year but at first we used to have jumping contests out of the dip
Awesome to see the progression from the slowest to the fastest drivers... Some serious finesse towards the end there.
yayweredoomed i think the track becomes easier the more they use it plus they get to see the best line to take from the blokes going first , still some amazing driving skills on display
Both are probably factors... But I think this video was cut and rearranged from slowest to fastest; somebody mentioned it in another comment.
yayweredoomed i didn't realize that, there was definitely some blokes making it look easier than others then that's for sure

OREN DRY I don’t understand...
To all drivers thank you very much for the years of GREAT entertainment.
Thanks for watching
One of the best motorsports posts I've seen in a while. Great camera work, editing and the sound was amazing.
Aww. it´s like the kiddie version of Formula Offroad Iceland. That's so cute.
It is nice to see these fine vegan people driving their carbon neutral vehicles, charged with renewable energy. They are making sure to care for the sensitive habitat, while maintaining a peaceful environment for the wild life. I can just imagine the excellent conversation as they sip their sea grass soy blended vegan drinks centered around their love for Brandon as they chant, "Let's Go Brandon" whoever that is.
The American motorsport formula:
1 part talent
1 left turn
1000 parts V8 power
I think V8s are ideal for racing and stuff like this
I don't think you realize how easy it is to fuck this stuff up xD Theres skill in every sport.
@@nightdevil6666 I think he meant to say is that americans are more into watching loud machines than actually the skill of the drivers, reasons why nascar exist meanwile the rest of the world has F1
@@trailfork7815 Not sure you really grasp how hard and strategic NASCAR is.. educate yourself
@@maxb2299 how strategic is nascar? Sometimes they ram each other and fight in the pits or they don’t listen to their team leader’s instructions. The only real skill you need for NASCAR is the ability to explain how you fucked up mid race and the skill to Draft.
These off-roading events are basically just giant V8 machines being tortured as their driver just floors it when they are stalling in the middle of the cliff. Real off-roading or hill climbing takes time and skill. This is just flooring it and praying it doesn’t blow the engine and it actually gets up the hill.
Why is it whenever the most exciting climactic part of a video occurs, then the person filming has to move the camera away from the object being filmed pointing at the sky or the trees or something? I really don't understand why they do that!
because it builds tension lol
I'm going to assume (since I dont film offloading events), that when someone has lost control of their buggy, the film crew and nearby event staff has to ensure their own safety, even at the risk of losing a good shot. They get really close to the action.
Its called self-preservation mode
Maybe because the operator is runing fucking away?
I know it's the same with UFO s . 60 YEARS of shacky camera footage. Oh I've got photos of a ufo 20 YEARS of analysis later no it's just a lamppost. Bullshit.?....
Tim was trying a new line where you just launch from the jump all the way to the top. Lol
Great editing to show sequentially lower and lower times. BTW, those guys are nuts!
I don't know much about ATVs or vehicles in general, I only watch these because I think they are cool
These vehicles are awesome. Just what I want in the mad max apocalypse.
I saw a 16 and thought he's the winner. Then a 15 and thought wow. Then a 14. Damn. Then a 13 and the a 12 and then an 11? Jesus some of them boys are fast. lol
It's nice to be able to watch everyone else run as you figure out the best lines and speeds...
listening to them motors music to my ears
so true.....like riding two stroke MX bike and hearing the power band kick in.

"Title text here" did a pretty bang up job
heck of a ride @2:15. holy moly
0:01 it's Impossible! 😱
11:16 easy, I could do this, too... 😁👍
Loved how they kept getting better and better. Good work!
Can't get enough of this stuff... baddest off-road stuff going now
Have been following a couple of videos about this competitions lately, it´s amazing how the different geometries, length, height, center of gravity of the builds adapt to the terrain, some are faster than others, or lets say balanced?. This on different tracks to show it´s just not a full on power requirements... Great stuff!
It took me until eight minutes into the video to realize that the times were in order and getting progressively faster
Totally obsessed with these video's . These rigs are perfect. !! Thanks, ill keep watching even though I should be moving some firewood.
thanks I appreciate it
That was well edited.!
Just wje you thought they could not get any faster.........!!!!
Bring on the next contestant.!

Bobby Tanner's rig sounds crazy!
I love this shit I live in GA/Al and I grew up in the woods and mud parks. Thanks to UA-cam and you filming these has brought so many new people to the off-road world. Going to one of these events or just a off-road park You will meet so many caring, nice, great and happy people that will help each other in a heart beat. I broke my electronic shifter button on my Honda rancher in the woods and was stuck I ask a guy if he could find someone to help me get my ATV out. Well when he returned there was 9 people with him and instead of dragging my four-wheeler out these guys got out a tool bag and put a brand new shifter button on. So I asked him where he got it from, well he took it off his own four-wheeler that he brought as a back up. I asked him how much I owe him and he said I don't owe him anything that instead of money yet and pass it on if you find someone else in need of help return the favor and help them. So long story short if you ever get a chance to go to a off-road park just try it out one time and I can guarantee that you will go back again.
Right hand drive.... Gotta love being different... Great video
2:20 I was wondering what was going on with the top of the trees at that moment. Good camera work. 👍
These things are freaking awesome

Just listen to these engines just beautiful!
Glad you like them!
It looks like the hill was progressively getting smoother from beginning to end, or was that just perfect suspension tuning and driving technique? Awesome video, I want to see these hillclimbs in person.
The tires kicked up so much dirt that it smoothed out
@@NAUT758 maybe better driver techniques /vehicle
Looking at the pole shadow, I can at least say they aren't in chronological order.
@@ameunier41
Thank Goodness - someone with a brain.
Yep - they weren’t shown in order so the previous hypothesis goes out the window.
Thesr beasts are getting better and better every year. 👍
last one went straight up there.
just awesome.
Brill video thanks for sharing. Thumbs up from up from Rep Ireland
Evidence that smooth is fast... 🇺🇸
10:21 such a cool build, out of the box. Much lower COG with the driver and engine side by side, even the cage dips around the engine where it doesn't need to be as tall to protect the driver. Look how much more stable this thing is.
DieselFuelOnly plus it has independent suspension which is just better. This is by far the best truck in these comps
Mojave RC as far as i hate to say that ifs is better, it did good in this race
When you combine IF+RS and the King of Throttle Control.....you've got a winner! Clayton's the Man, and Outlaw's the Rig!! I want that thing!! :)
I love seeing all the designs of these beasts😍
Excellent vid, thanks.
TC broken, you don't see that every day!
DAMN! Matt Schuessler's buggy has some killer sound!
yeah he sheared all the high steer arm bolts off, thankfully he got it fixed for the 2nd hill

10:22 dude really felt the need to bring out a whole transformer
Thank you for the entertainment

The outlaw is just SOOO badass
09:10 is the best imo
SO SMOOTH
fucking awesome. i love watchin these guys, we got nothin like this in the northeast.
Karl Gilbert when I worked in PA from 2011/15 these buggies were everywhere
Oh, that's a cracklin' sweet sound coming out of those exhausts. Dey's BUILT.
Amazing times 11.381s was less than 1/4 the time of the first couple. Line is everything.
Can not get enough of this!
I love the sound of v8s and the smell of high octane in the air nothing better can't beat it like a sore Petter
"I just wanna go fast!" Oh Crap! ROOOOOOoocks!!!! Damn it... second place just means first looooser...LOL
5:15 Nice achievement, Tim Sorensen. Congrats!
Great video! I guess you stood there all day and shot these clips. Good job of editing all that action. Enjoyable stuff!!
Thanks
As always, Madram has the best videos of these incredible vehicles! Three questions:
1) Are all of these engines generally naturally aspirated?
2) Matt Schuessler's (6:56) engine sounds substantially different. Is it a non LS-X V-8, a V-6, or otherwise substantially different from the other V-8 engines ?
3) Clayton Hollingsworth bouncer (10:21) is mid/rear engine, which seems to require a longer wheelbase. Is this a rare exception or are more people exploring engine relocation?
a few of the guys have Super Chargers on their machines, and some run nitrous.
Matt Schuessler has 180 Degree headers is why his sounds like that. He runs a built LS3.
Claytons machine isn't as long as it seems, but the longer wheelbase definitely helps him on the big long climbs. He is one of the first to sit beside the engine in a rock bouncer. A few folks have tried rear engine but it didn't work that well.
Anyone else remember when this sport was started with a bunch of highly articulated jeeps?? lol
Anybody else remember a few decades back when all the decent 60's/70's Broncos/Scouts/Jeeps were all trashed doing this when a welded body like these would have worked better and been far less wasteful?
Love the vids man. Keep it up!!☺☺
the outlaw is a beast. Never see that stopped by anything!
Now that’s going balls to the wall!
Mom: what do you want to be when you grow up little B.

great video, very enjoyable to watch, thank you my friend
I love the cape on the last one going over the hill straight up Superman
They have cams so big they have hard time going slow throttle when they need to .
Do they have tight regs on what can be done to the engines? I've been watching V8 race cars of various types for years, just curious why these all sound very similar to each other.

I think it's because a big block with a twin scroll blower running on alcohol is pretty much the best setup you can go with, so that's what everyone has
These things are insane. Talk about riding by the seat of your pants!
great video showing i really like thank for sharing.
Tm Cameron expert excellent Rock n Roll the champion
Trick is, is to let someone else go first then find the sweet spot. After a while they all started taking the same path
I think he edited the order from slowest to fastest. But what you said is somewhat true anyway.
Best hillclimb monsters
I don't know how this came up in my suggestions, but I'm glad it did.
Thanks for your videos.
Jonathan Crum thanks for watching
Seems like every time one runs, they flatten all the terrain and make it that much easier for the next guy. Damn near every run is faster than the previous run...
2S1L3NT i thought that too.
2S1L3NT the clips were sorted from slowest to fastest. They're not chronological
You mean you couldn't figure out that these clips were sorted by completion time? Are your parents brother and sister perhaps?
