He is very passionate about composing songs (composed about 40 songs when he was a trainee). He sent one of his songs to KQ Entertainment and then he got contacted a year later because they wanted him in the company. At that time, KQ Entertainment wasn't accepting trainees but they were impressed with Hongjoong and that's how Ateez was formed; because of Hongjoong (he is the first official member). He loves fashion and GDragon is his inspiration. And then next is Seonghwa, the eldest member of the group. He is like the mom, affectionate and caring towards the members. He used to be shy but now he's a confident king and we're here for it. Yunho is known as a golden retriever because he's got a puppy like face and bright eyes and warm smile. He is very reliable. He's one of the giants in the group along with Mingi. They actually knew each other before being in Ateez. Yeosang is known as a walking statue because of his statue esque beauty. He loves chicken and wouldn't give it up for anything. For me he is the funniest member of Ateez (search up Yeosang humor on UA-cam). He was a trainee in Big Hit along with Wooyoung but Yeosang left and went to KQ for a better chance at debuting. Wooyoung followed him a couple of months later cause he wanted the both of them to be together no matter where/which company they debut in. Hongjoong is the second eldest. He is seen as a strict but caring dad of the group. He is very passionate about composing songs (composed about 40 songs when he was a trainee). He sent one of his songs to KQ Entertainment and then he got contacted a year later because they wanted him in the company. At that time, KQ Entertainment wasn't accepting trainees but they were impressed with Hongjoong and that's how Ateez was formed; because of Hongjoong (he is the first official member). He loves fashion and GDragon is his inspiration.
And then next is Seonghwa, the eldest member of the group. He is like the mom, affectionate and caring towards the members. He used to be shy but now he's a confident king and we're here for it.
Yunho is known as a golden retriever because he's got a puppy like face and bright eyes and warm smile. He is very reliable. He's one of the giants in the group along with Mingi. They actually knew each other before being in Ateez.
Yeosang is known as a walking statue because of his statue esque beauty. He loves chicken and wouldn't give it up for anything. For me he is the funniest member of Ateez (search up Yeosang humor on UA-cam). He was a trainee in Big Hit along with Wooyoung but Yeosang left and went to KQ for a better chance at debuting. Wooyoung followed him a couple of months later cause he wanted the both of them to be together no matter where/which company they debut in.
San is the first idol from his province and he always mentions it with pride. In the Wikipedia page, his province listed San's name as the official first idol who came from their province. He is clingy and affectionate towards his members.
Mingi is known as the first lying idol LMAO he tells a lot of lies/ exaggerates stories. He looks intimidating but he's a giant goofy fluffball. He took a break because of his anxiety but pls shower him with love because he finally came back 🥺
Wooyoung is the loudest and most playful member of Ateez. Even Hongjoong has a hard time controlling him HAHA but Wooyoung can be sweet often. He always calls his mom; he is family-oriented. He is a social butterfly so he has a lot of idol friends outside of Ateez.
Jongho is known as Apple Breaker. Why? Cause he can break an apple with his bear hands while singing a song perfectly. Don't believe me? Search it up haha. He is the maknae of the group and he's got such a lovely gummy smile. He works out a lot and is very strong so nobody in Ateez would fight with him cause in Hongjoong's words "He's got 5kg worth of damage in one punch alone" We adore our teddy bear maknae Jongho

1. Company - They are the first group of KQ but 2 years ago 7 seasons became a sub-label under KQ so you can say Block B are also under KQ right now although they are on hiatus in the past 3-4 years.. They also have solo artists like Maddox (his music is amazing) and Heo Young Saeng also joined the company. The producers in KQ are team Edenary - Eden, Outlander, Leez, Buddy and a new member Peperoni xD They are very close, Hongjoong (leader of ATEEZ) produces with them. Eden is like a father to them, HJ learned a lot of stuff from him. Honestly the company is amazing, I am a K-pop stan since 2012 and it's the first company I truly love! They might be still small and unknown but they grow really well and treat them amazing, the only bad thing is that cause they are small company they don't invite them to a lot of Korean award and variety shows but hopefully soon that will change!
2. Activity - They are really active on Twitter and Vlive! They also use Instagram, Facebook and Fancafe. Also they upload every-day content on their UA-cam channel - "ATEEZ". Everything is with english subs since pre-debut (another reason why we love the company)

- KQ FELLAZ - pre debut (very short ep. about their dance training in LA)
