I've watched Jay's vids of him doing it and it's funny since we realistically doesn't care about the rules, but the players who are like that care too much

My problem with these servers is they know nothing about the law, if they used the real law i wouldn't mind the cops. But when you get arrested for not pulling over for no previous reason its not fun anymore.
