He moved to Cardiff to be closer to his misses in London. At least still in Wales.

How is that only a yellow card?
I think he was lucky, passive soak tackle, Johnny Williams was a bit low so was mitigated from red to yellow
Can see where they saw the mitigation however Evans made little to no effort to get lower as well. Tough call

Answer - it definitely should have been a red according to the law. Reffing is so inconsistent .
