The massage hammer is one of the more unique massage guns I've reviewed on my channel. It has a very distinct design that makes it great for massaging your back alone, while not applying a lot of pressure. While it's great for your back, it might not be the best option for a beginner looking for a "normal" massage gun. I discuss this a little further in depth within my review. I just bought one this massage guns it is amazing. I can reach my trigger points on my back without asking for help. The massage pressure is exactly what you need in order to loosen up those trigger points. It has made a huge difference in my life. I can get rid of my back pain. I just recently started looking into massage guns. Most of my tension is in my mid to upper back, neck, and along my shoulder blades. Would you recommend something like this product over something like the wave duo? I prefer deep pressure. I don’t think I’d be able to reach all areas with a standard massage gun.

There’s honestly not a lot that comes close to matching the feel of real hands. I haven’t reviewed it on the channel but the R8 roller from roll recovery could be the closest to what you’re describing. Either that or compression boots or arm sleeves.
