I think ive found a problem with this my titanfall folder only has three of these files to replace the 3gb vpk files is nowhere to be found in the game files for me so i cant replace it, do you have any fix?
edit: thanks to @Dolmen2 he found out google added a -001 to the file name, the name should be client_mp_common.bsp.pak000_000.vpk
Wow, glad I sub to you after watching 2021 guide and I kinda surprised you updated it :-) Thank you sir, you doing god's work. Still can't beleve it's not bannable tho (rly love this game, played it back on release, really hate to be banned when renaissance is happening).
People have been doing vpk modding for the game since it dropped and haven’t been banned. The game is so old and still had such little support I can’t see anyone getting banned for it. If you do this kind of stuff in apex or a potential sequel to titanfall, then problems could arise
the command to add the metric into spedometer was like +speedometer_metric or sth, perhaps some of you will unlock a memory

yeah so this doesnt work, my game just closes itself when it loads into the menu.
edit: i fixed it, had to rename the 3GB file because when i downloaded it for some reason google renamed it and added a -001 at the end.

idk why but the mod only works on northstar for me, completely redundant on vanilla even after using the vanilla plus mod on vanilla servers (obv 😭)

After installing the files and putting the into the vpk folder, my game launches but crashes as soon as i try to join multiplayer. Any fix?

Do you know the exact values for the viewmodel offset? I use a Northstar mod instead so I want to enter the values myself instead of doing this by vpk modding.

There is, but it’s been a long time since I’ve been invoked with the modding scene and most the commands / vpk modding so I don’t remember how. I don’t think it looks great imo, but you can look up vpk modding and join some tf2 discords that are dedicated to modding / even the northstar discord has some great insight into it
