I think the reason Lauren didn't cry much was because you can tell she is an independent woman like Nick said in the video. She doesn't want handouts. She wants the feeling of achieving her goals. You could see her eyes get red and you know she probably wanted to shed a tear but along with being independent, she more than likely has strong will power. I could definitely tell she was thankful for the car when she said it those couple times. You could hear the softness in her voice.
Nick, that was a gesture of a true gentleman. It makes me proud to be a man in a world that seems to have so many radical feminists who will put a man down for anything they do. All this does is reinforce the fact that there are wonderful men who are chivalrous to their partner.
Lauren, I know Nick said you didn't want help with anything, but that's what happens when a good man is in love with his woman. We want to do things for our woman and want to show that love to everyone. I'm glad you allowed him to do this because I know it made him feel special to be able to do something so great for someone he loves especially when he can show his love for you to others. All you have to do now is enjoy a reliable vehicle and let the worries of wondering which day a part is going to break fade away. Plus you get to drive the new Camaro and Silverado which is awesome.
