Great company tutorial. I like your honesty. I didn't realize this was the official page until now. I might buy one to create music videos.

Several years on and this drone is even more relevant given increasing regulations in regards to weight.
I really wish I could control shutter and ISO with the Dobby at some point. Great drone.

Hi, what is that mode you use on 6:03? looks like 'follow me' but dobby is going backwards and staying in front of you. I am trying it with face tracking but only limited success...or is that completely manual control (which does not look like it as you were not looking to the phone)

Dobby is much capable but we dont see much update on the dofun app.. Any alternate app which enables more features and stability?

How comfortable do you feel flying over water with the Dobby?

Some people say this drone cannot be used in places without WiFi coverage because the app requires an update every time you want to use it. Is this true?

Nice tutorial. I just bought this one since it is in sale at $80. Just wanted to ask, how do you get those shots with EIS and it is not showing those crazy black borders on the side? I have seen other videos and they all have it. Do you fly really slow?

Use the sticks control mode and practice flying it smoothly... Safe sticks is too sensitive and jerky.. and the gesture control is kinda gimmicky.

Why do MOST of these Wifi drones only offer control via a smartphone. I hate that! Can we at least get an option to buy a hand-held controller if they dont wanna include one with the quad. One of my favorite things about my JJRC H49 is THAT IT COMES WITH A GREAT LITTLE HANDHELD CONTROLLER! one button launch/land, headless. auto-flip - all done with 2 buttons. Great sliding joysticks & an ultra-low profile round out the bad-assery of my JJRC H49. PLEASE ZEROTECH, include a CONTROLLER or add one to your offerings as an accessory.
Also - Wifi controls and Wifi video - SUCKS! It ALWAYS causes loss of signal range for the controls and I pretty much always see "noise" in the transmitted image whenever controls are being sent.
Cant they do like DJI and have the controls sent on a different frequency and put the video only on WiFi? Just a simple RC 48Mhz transmitter for controls, and you can use your 2.4Ghz for the Wifi. We dont need alot of data being sent to tell it to go faster. up, down, left, right - all that can be done with lower frequency radio ranges if they want to keep the 2 stream seperate and not cause reduced range, etc.
Also - WHY oh WHY do they not have WIDE ANGLE lenses? Geez, all of the inexpensive drones have really tight lenses gotta be 4-8mm I'd imagine. a 2mm would be a whole LOT better- It's impossible to fly indoors or close to objects (or thru/under objects outside) when flying FPV -- you have no periphery vision with such a tight camera lens.
I hear a LOT of people saying the same thing as me.... Wish the manufacturers would listen.
This is a cool little drone - the DOBBY .. but lack of a controller and the stupid tight camera view makes it a no deal for me unfortunately. Maybe I can replace the camera, and maybe am aftermarket company will comeout with a Wifi controller that doesnt need a phone.
