The art in the Spiral Tarot is just stunning and I have come to like the peculiar borders as well. Kay Steventon's other deck, the Celestial Tarot, would have fit nicely in this video, too. The Cosmic Tarot has lovely colours, I agree. I often use it for work-related readings.

I can't take credit for combining, I got that idea from Kelly at Truth in Story, she had mixed her together in one of her videos and I thought that was brilliant. 😊 I do love them trimmed, they flow together so well now.

I couldn't agree more with you about the Spiral Tarot. It's an underrated deck and I love the art work but I'm not crazy about the borders so I can't wait to see you mod it one of these days.
After using the deck for a bit now, I actually don't mind the borders near as much as I thought I would. I'll probably still trim it at some point, but they kinda grow on you. 😊
I have the tinned version of the Sun and Moon Tarot but, although I love the artwork, I haven't managed to connect with this deck yet... Thank you for sharing this! I can't wait to see your trimmed Spiral Tarot. I love all the astrological symbology of it, but those darn borders have kept me from purchasing it thus far. My cosmic decks are all oracle - Spirit de La Lune, The Moon Deck, Moonology & Queen of the Moon (yes, I may have an obsession with the lunar energy, lol). So far I don't have any goddess decks, but I too am being drawn to learn more about them.

Hi there! I'm a newcomer to your channel and am addicted! Love your videos and hearing about the decks in your collection! :) I have a question about the Star Tarot though. I really want to get it and trim it down but I've heard the card stock is really bad and that it peels very easily. Do you think trimming it would make the peeling worse? Is there a way to minimize that from happening? I've never tried trimming a deck before but would definitely do it if I got this one! Yours looks sooo beautiful! Any help appreciated - thank you!!
I have no had any pealing with mine even with trimming and it is very well used (and loved.) The cardstock is thick, glossy and sticky but mine has softened up quite a bit with use. I did hear there is a reprint of this deck coming in 2020 I think. I am hoping it will be borderless and matte like the new Mary-El but I haven't heard one way or the other. It is a wonderful deck, one of my favorites. 🙂 Thank you for watching. ❤️

I think I may have bonded better to that deck if I had taken the key words off. 🤔 I am now taking a closer look at the Spiral tarot. You have shared many decks now on my 2020 wishlist! 😉 I did trim the Triple Goddess but not the chakra cards.
I noticed that when I was working with the Tarot of Transformation, I think for that one I may make a template to ensure that they all come out the same size. I think the Spiral Tarot is worth another look, it's really interesting. 😊 I'm on the hunt for the full book because I bet that has some fun insights.

The Spiral Tarot is my go-to deck. It's an amazing deck and the purple border is actually part of of what makes it unique.

I've always been tempted by the Cosmic Tarot because sometimes it looks SO GOOD but some cards really turn me off too haha.
