I don't know how in the world people can build like this . I know not all of us can do it .And I will never get it how they can take them apart and do it again. And every day you come up with more builds .It's great knowing people still love Bionicle no matter how we build.Nobody makes fun of anybody ,there is such a level of respect .Take care Mr. Ben
I don't know if I could build something like this tbh. I'm more of a spaceship guy, but even then, I'm more comfortable with angles and flat surfaces than crazy organic shapes. I've been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone recently though, and now I'm inspired to get my Bionicle bin out

I think this might be my favorite Makuta MOC. He actually comes across as a sort of fallen angel than just a demon lord. Which reminds me of Sandman's Lucifer, where Hell and demons look like they would be the big man is white, blonde and gorgeous, contrasting everything else and standing out. It fits PERFECTLY.
Love how Onua's got big arms and his Creature gives him big legs to match. Such a well executed combination! This collab has some of the best mocs I've seen. All consistently great.
original ekimu just looks like some guy there aren't really any interesting new ideas in him besides being mostly transparent blue this ekimu looks like a god
Never thought I'd ever witness Femboy Makuta be a thing and look this good. For real though, the design looks straight out of Hazbin Hotel nad I love it
@@Zakading I've started watching Helluva Boss recently and I just realized that! I also like that he has some classical elements like the ruffle around his neck and the elegant wings. It makes Makuta look refined and classy, and I could picture him confronting the Toa with a cigar and a glass of champagne (obviously Lego would never do that, haha)
I have recently finished a digital rebuild of core hunter (by that I mean I used his helmet and the entire body ended up looking like a black military uniform) It lacks all of the red bits and, while not super complicated, it is the most complicated build I have made. The only issue is that I don't have slightly over $100 to afford the pieces.
Nothing wrong with rendering some photos of it and keeping it digital. Sure having it built in person would be nice, but digital photos of it will still look cool :)
I absolutely love Ekimu's redesign because he looks like Indian or Oceanic god, a moving mountain of a man, the sumo fighter silhouette combined with black& gold accents and in contrast to the small-ish masked, feathered face just hits different... And also it is a silhouette rarely seen in action figures simply because it doesn't look as posable as the usual slim one. But here is on point...
While I like the sleek, Mike Mignola-esque design of Toni A.'s Makuta, I feel like the the hap-hazard look of their Ekimu suits him more. The random pipes and tubes remind me of that scene from the old flash cartoons, where the Toa Mata encounter the dark spirit as a whirling mass of technic and Bionicle parts, talking about being a spirit of entropy and nothingness.
3:44 There was a similar function on a couple zord combinations from Power Rangers Mystic Force. The red ranger combined his titan form with a couple different equine themed zords and both had a backward sweeping helmet crest that he could use as an AOE attack 4:39 those flames on the elbows reminds me of the Gypsy Dangers elbow rockets from Pacific Rim
I DONT CARE IF THE LEWA REVAMP IS LESS INTRICATE THAN THE OTHERS, BRO THAT VIBE AND POSE REMINDS ME OF ZAKTAN I LOVE IT SO MUUUUUCH. HE LOOKS SMUG AND LEAN AND PUNK(?) HE LOOKS SO COOL😭😭😭
Onua literally has volcanoes for arms and the design very clearly pulls inspiration from the look of basalt, obsidian and solidified lava and implements it very successfully. Commentary: stalactites 💀🙈🤧 I know this might have been bait to make people comment. I took the bait. The bait works. The mocs look awesome. Kudos.
Are we not going to talk about how Lewa has a Green lantern chest plate like the builds good it's just like what does they would have gotten like a different green part or just covered the Green lantern symbol
I like Makuta's ruffled neck and black wings, he kinda reminds me of renaissance era depictions of Lucifer Morningstar, which is very fitting for someone as evil as Teradax
Adding onto the hunch on Makuta I think it's also showing how the wings are lifting him up and carrying him, as well as the hunch showing the weight of the hammer and the character design/symbolism of evil.

Am I the only one who really dislikes these mocs? The proportions are weird and the colours really clash in my opinion. No doubt they are great mocs, just not a style I like.
I like most of them, but tahu is a miss for me. The others have a lot of character, but tahu goes beyond weird and just becomes uninteresting. His arms are short, his armor doesn't feel like that of a warrior, and his sword lacks flair.

Yeah the bigger legs definitely help, but I don't really like how the original legs just hang in the middle, they look limp. 😅

That Onua is so much better. The uniter really fumbled the design from the original master by giving him the same torso design as the other Toa.
