I headcanon/Theorize that Gyaruko might have died because she was trying to fight off Minako.
So for those who watched the Pink Bxxch Club music video that introduced the whole group remember the death scenes right? And has seen the “Gal” video, right? So my belief is that Gyaruko was attacked in her own home by Minako & was fighting her off in the bathroom, trying to keep Minako from shooting her, but at some point fell into the tub accidentally & was vulnerable for a few seconds & was easily shot.
