Go to Extensions (tab) -> Available (tab). Hit the Load From (orange button). You should get a big list. Search for Dreambooth. Hit the Install button (right side). When its complete, switch back to Installed (tab). Hit the Apply and Restart UI (orange button). You may need to restart Stable Diffusion by re running the webui-user.bat file
