Thank you Johan but there I have seen another very nice video called : "Qantas - Cpt Ross McDonald Final Flight A380 Landing Sydney". ..... This is the link ok.... ua-cam.com/video/nROUw0FpxOo/v-deo.html ..... Nara ....... (ツ)

You never fail to disappoint Mr Helidude! You have a new subscriber here - eagerly waiting for more great work. How do you manage to get your camera into the cockpit? So rare these days - they usually won't let you anywhere near the pilots. Anyway, love your work :)))
Hey Kate ! ........ (ツ) Happy greetings again as usual. Thank you for your very nice words here. It is a hugely appreciated and wonderful privilege when I get to fly in the cockpit.. Nara ... (◕‿◕) ,,
Constructive comment is helpful and will stand on its merits. Otherwise too many glowing reports sounds like an ad(or your proud mom)/missus.) These Pilots are checked out every 6 months so they get accustomed to pickups.
Farouq Janmohamed It is to my understanding that many later 737NGs are equipped with start-switch position AUTO, which means the CONT action during takeoffs would be automatic.
Why is their VNAV and LNAV on while they're pushing back in a 737 checklist it tells you they go on above 1,000ft and the FD and AT only go on when you're preparing for take off.
That's not completely correct... what checklist are you referring to? You can arm them whenever after you complete the CDU preflight... in some company you arm them at the gate, in ryanair for example you only arm LNAV just prior to lining up, together with A/T.
Can be armed before take off but LNAV may not engage if it cannot line up with the course. When TOGA is activated with auto throttle on, the LNAV & VNAV lights will go out until airborne. As long as the a/c is following the planned route the LNAV can be engaged if it wasn't active before take off.
Not needed in later versions of NG's. Ignition turns automatically. There are several logic's that trigger engine ignition to on and off automatically.
Excellent video! Can't wait for more! Thanks
Thank you AntD P3D ....
Many happy greetings.....

A giant part of flying is just the study 😂
Figured that was a Melbourne/Sydney milk run. Rivet2.34 arrival Rwy 34L. I am guessing the stand was Gate D45 as the Qantas tail logos were everywhere
splendid sir!
Thank you.
Very Nice!
Thank you ........... ❁◕ ‿ ◕❁
Except for the music it was awesome!
The landing looked alittle scarey. But that was a awesome video.
Pretty good video. I also don't understand why some of you guys are making up and pointing out mistakes that the professional pilots are making.
Thank you ......... ❁◕ ‿ ◕❁

shouldn't the engine start switches have gone to continuous for take off?

They have just armed them. They'll get active after takeoff!
I know but the Boeing 737-800 checklist tells you to only arm them after 1000ft and FD and AT to go on at the holding point lining up for take off.
That's not completely correct... what checklist are you referring to? You can arm them whenever after you complete the CDU preflight... in some company you arm them at the gate, in ryanair for example you only arm LNAV just prior to lining up, together with A/T.

DeepPoseidon fairly sure the pilots know better
Engine start swiches....."CONT" for t-off!!
Not needed in later versions of NG's. Ignition turns automatically. There are several logic's that trigger engine ignition to on and off automatically.
Please do not speak of things you know nothing about.
Why is the Checklist in the windscreen - obstructing the pilot's view ? BAD PRACTICE!
Not obstructing the view of the PIC and only there during pushback probably to block out the evening sun
