Another attempt at demonstrating the volume level of my "day 1" Mac Studio Ultra. This was shot with my iPhone 13 Pro (3x zoom) where my left ear is normally located in relation to my desk. The Mac Studio is sitting on top of my desk, 40 inches away. Because you'll hear it, my mouse is about 26 inches away.
The Mac Studio Ultra is on, and you'll see me shut it down. I didn't modify the audio at all, so you'll probably need to use headphones and increase the volume considerably to hear any details (there are no surprising/loud sounds in this video). I've also noted key audio moments to explain what they are.
I realize that others have had different experiences with their Mac Studios, but I'm continually asked about the audio levels of my "quiet" Mac Studio, and this is just another approach. I hope it's useful.

Same story with my Studio, same CPU. You can hear the fan when you get your ear right next to the exhaust, though. Other than that good luck trying to make it noisy.

At 1320rmp default velocity? Not bad, right? Thanks.

Unless I put my ear right up to the back of the unit, I've never even heard the fan.
