Jade the reason why I prefer the voice over BGT. They didn't even give her a chance to finish her song. They judge on the first few lines
Simon is a pro and he’s been a music producer for a long time and it doesn’t take him very long to determine whether someone can sing or not. He knows what to listen for and he knows what he’s doing.
They didn’t give her a change to really get into the song though
He really made you visualize what he was singing. I thought his sister was really good too. Hope she continues ❤❤❤
Hello i must say the song lyrics is so inspiring
I wanted to hear her get through more of with or without you.
I think he sang so heartfelt was partly because his sister before him was rejected. That put a little more emotion into the song.
Simon didn't even give Jade a chance. She didn't even sing much into the songs before his hand kept going up. Let her get into it before you raise your hand.
Let's be honest with reality, Simon is a self over rated imbecile, he loves himself and his money so thinks he's such an expert, such a dodo!!!!!!

I mean I wish she'd chosen songs where you could hear more of her range but they didn't even give her a real chance. I'm kind of mad on her behalf...
To be all out, I kind of wonder if it was superficial reasons in part for Simon's actions.💔

You shouldn’t be mad on her behalf. She should’ve chosen songs that were more in her range and would show off her capabilities. She made a mistake and paid for it because I have no doubt she can sing better than what she did on BGT. Song selection is very important when competing in a talent competition.
@@devinw5150 not saying that you're wrong but at times Simon can be a prejudice and prejudgemental. Yes he has experience but that's like saying a master carpenter after years of building things can't be wrong or miss something a noob sees.
@@xtreme3353 I don’t disagree with you because nobody’s perfect. Comparing Simon to a master carpenter is a good analogy and what you’re saying is true but that rarely ever happens. People with decades of experience in any professional industry know what they need to do to be successful

I tried out for choir just to get credits in junior high and I thought I sounded gawd awful and to my surprise I was selected as the top alto in the class. I never got passed singing in the shower. But somebody believed I could do it. Kindness goes so far. I’m middle aged now and to this day that means so much to me.

Unnecessarily passive of Jade. They didnt even give her a chance and thats irritated me since I first watched this🙄 Calum deserved it for sure but Jade clearly has a great voice too

She needed more time to prove herself.
Always thought it was weird when two family members sing, and one is amazing. How does that happen? Wouldn't the other one know they weren't as good? Either way, i don't think she got a fair shake. They should have let her finish the U2 song because people were digging that, and I think somebody in the audience yelled at David to give her a chance.

If you were in the music business, you’d understand. Her voice is a dime a dozen and nothing special about it. Very average and like Simon said, similar to a pub singer or sounds great in the bedroom. He was also right about her being flat and sharp in parts of her song. A real music producer knows what to listen for and can hear things in a voice that the general public can’t.

Still, there have been a lot of auditions that I've seen on here that were also very clunky or just not the best, and I didn't see the judges stopping them every two seconds.

She's not awful but she's not someone who will rise to the top
