The only worrying fact is that Ukraine and Poland signed an agreement that Poland could take down Russian missiles from it`s territory. Russia reserves the right to destroy the systems stationed in Poland. It`s Poland`s choice whether to directly fight Russia since this is not covered by NATO`s famous article 5.
It is now indeed clear that US intended to use East Europe to fight Russia after 1991. and their acceptance in EU and NATO was not meant to improve their living standards but to serve as dead meat instead of anglosaxon meat.
Duda is already walking back the targeting of Russian missiles by claiming that he needs to discuss this with his NATO partners.
The rest of this agreement is just more of the same and doesn't change anything.
If Poland targets Russian jets or missiles, Russia will target and take out the installations they use to do so.
When Poland counts on NATO's art 5 to protect them from Russian retaliation, they are delusional.
Let's hope that it never comes to that, but thinking that Russia will not react is wrong and utterly stupid.

I’m not sure what they’re gonna do with the no fly zone in the west because it doesn’t matter if it’s a no fly or fly zone, rus still have to strike if they recognize any military or military related facilities disregard where it’s located. About the f16, as Putin has said, from wherever those planes take off and fly to ukr and attacking Russia, rus will strike that location regardless if it’s in Poland or other nato countries . So we’ll have to wait for more details about the no fly zone.

When the US Army captured the bridge at Remagen the Germans desperately tried to organize a counterattack using some Jagdpanthers armored anti tank vehicles. Who were being assembled at a nearby plant. To the point that the Austrian Painter even got involved. We have reached that stage now with 8 Patriot units now being touted as crucial to change the war.
We have to distinguish between two things: 1) India strengthening economic ties with Russia, because it undermines the Western attempt to strangulate the Russian economy, and 2) the confiscation of Russian state assets frozen in Western banks.
1) Is something that directly undermines the Western strategy to defeat Russia, and it is done by other sovereign nations.
2) is something that Washington and the EU want to do themselves in order to reimburse for their spendings for Ukraine, but which would violate their own laws and could massively scare foreign investors, which has been so far the biggest deterrence against implementing the confiscation. Saudi Arabia has now reinforced that notion by threatening to react exactly in a fashion that economic expersts believed, namely to withdraw all its sovereign investments from the Western countries (and would probably inspire private investors to do the same).
Furthermore, West openly stealing the frozen assets will create precedent for Russia to confiscate their assets on Russian territory. Of which there is closer to trillion$. As right now they have status of temporary takeover due to owners leaving.
Confiscation of RU state assets is one thing but to confiscate privately owned assets is just diabolical.

Here’s what you need to understand. India buys oil from Russia, and then sells it too many European countries. Europe has always survived on Russian oil
And what when Russia claim, in answer, all or majority of a Black Sea no-flight zone? Any global hawks? Any reapers? Only satellite reconnaissance? And who can intercept Russian missiles over western Ukraine? AA systems from Polish territory? Which automatically get legitimize targets for Russians missiles? And then what? NATO- Russian war? This no-flight zone seems as a very bad idea.
until the US starts moving its air force and fleet towards Ukraine (which in itself would trigger a world war anyway) there is no plan for a no fly zone. This B-2 was on a bombing mission over Serbia and pulled out of service few days later, was absent for four years (if I remember correctly) then popped up at an air show. This aircraft was 100% downed by 1960's SAM battery but managed to crash land in forrest. Now, westerners will call it Serbian propaganda, but before anyone says something, just ask yourself, why was it pulled out of service after bombing run over Belgrade and why did it take four years for it to pop back up?

There can't be a "no fly zone" without both NATO fighters and NATO AWACs, either of which would essentially be just declaring war. NATO fighters would have engage Russian aircraft directly and NATO AWACs would have to put themselves in harm's way and risk being shot down. Both are acts of war for one side or the other. Ground based AD alone cannot provide a "no fly zone".

India, China and other countries realise the west is done. They see that west so-called economic strength isn't strength but propped up by deficit spending and printing money which any first year economic student knows is not sustainable. They realise that the future is with the east and are positioning themselves to take advantage of that.
Yep, and many of them, but mainly the USA have already spent so far past the sustainable / recoverable point that there is no turning back any more. If the value of their currency gets fairly re evaluated it's game over. Right now for USA its only the fact that it's value is attached to the Chinese Yen why the dollar still has any value... In reality it should be worth MAXIMUM 25 to 35 % of it's current value and the more they go into debt - print money the lower it should be. Hence why they are looking at new "investments" like Ukraine -> Russia and why there are all these " world domination " fantasies about in the states.

@@johnnymcandrewI did hear about difficulties in getting money from India, but the reason cited was relative lack of other trade between countries. So it's possible that said visit is to smoothen discussions of trade deals.
I also heard that Russian corporation owns a large network of gas stations in India, so it's possible that some of the imbalance is covered by buying properties in India.
