I’ll miss Goodison Park for more reason than just football. I live in Scottsdale, AZ, but originally from Southdene, Kirkby. My parents are buried at Anfield Cementary and my three boys are diehard Everton fans. I was an Everton fan before birth as my father and grandfather were best friends with Dixie Dean. My grandfather owned Schofield Funeral Home and back in the day my Grandfather rode the streets with Dixie hanging onto the FA cup.
Superb options, for those commenting about it being too much or wanting to stay at Goodison you have to understand the needs of the fans and the club together. Spurs are making an absolute fortune at every home game. Fans are now coming to the stadium several hours before a game. Spending in the stadium and actually they sell beer cheaper than the pubs because of this. It’s an opportunity to make the club more successful and put money back into it. It’s not just important, it’s absolutely vital. Fans pre match routines will change, new ones will be formed and if those involve having a great time within the Everton Stadium that is fab! Some people will bring there own sausage roll and not spend and that’s ok too, the club are certainly thinking positively forward, I can’t afford it but I certainly like it. Hopefully special occasions etc I can get in somehow!
😂😂😂😂😂😂 the needs of the fans ??? Don't make me laugh ... business, business , business ... and is the stadium going to have any blue on it at all ??? 😂😂😂 horrible , chrome and cold ... 😅😅
Spurs do make millions every game plus concerts NFL rugby and more but it never gets put back into the team spurs are way down the list of priorities for the owners hope you don't go down the same way plus in the bars and underneath you'd could be anywhere but football ground give me the old ground anytime 🍻
The good thing about 'All' is that there will be choice in this new wonderful stadium. Those who don't want or need any of the 'All' experience don't have to sign up to it. Given the capacity of the stadium is going to increase by around 14000 seats, I would hazard a guess that this 14000 will more than cover the number of new 'All' packages that will be available, plus add on to that the number of current season ticket holders who will take up a 'All' offer would increase that. I don't think the number of ordinary seats available to fans who don't want to participate will deminish. Considering around 50% (say 7500) of the extra seats becoming 'All' packages at around £2700 each - That's an extra £20M revenue, just on Everton match days already in the calander. These facilities would also make the venue unique in the packages it could offer concert and events goes who want to use a +50,000 people venue. Not everybody has to spend more on their visit to Evertons new stadium, but we will have the best facilities possible to encourage fans and visitors to the stadium to spend money within the EFC sphere and increase the clubs revenue. Just around the corner will be the ground hosting some Euro games - great if our stadium facilities gets visitors spending an extra £500k per game becasue of the added value 'All' offers them.
Hospitality however you dress it up it's still hospitality and will come with a hospitality ticket price. That's not a criticism of Everton by the way, it's a niche market that every club in the league needs to maximise if they're going to be competitive and as a Liverpool supporter I do love the street village concept enabling fans to meander between the various bars and lounges.
My wife said for a significant birthday she would pay the xtra for a bar membership. As an existing season ticket holder do I relinquish my ticket and take a new ticket in the all system? If in the future I don’t want the pre match food or can’t afford it have I lost my season ticket.
@@neilcarter6745if you're an away fan it should be 30 quid. A home ticket I'm imagining 45-55. Anfield go for 40 face value and up to about 350 for a hospitality game in the prem, about 250 in Europe. So I'd guess the prices wind be far off that. Probably looking 700 a standard season ticket I'd imagine, they could be cheeky and try and push a grand.
As a Londoner working in Liverpool, I have watched the stadium go up. It is the best opportunity for the success of the club and will be the best stadium in the UK. You can see all the investments coming in around the area, Liverpool were caught sleeping staying at Anfield! Just hope San's Cafe will stll be there!!
This vid title is misleading , it should be titled , a sneak peak at corporate packages , this is just a sales pitch big lad ! I would prefer it if the vid title has said this , it’s not really giving us anything it’s an advertisement
@@sjalgeo 2700 each mate + vat but we not paying the vat..Free bar and food seats on the halfway line Works out 150 a game but it's worth it for what you get where it is.👍
I agree! He also mentioned a street food item. I’m sick of restaurants offering ‘street food’, but not for street prices and it’s not how street food works!
Aren't these just hospitality lounges regardless of what they're being called ? I personally don't particularly like the 1st one as it looks like any old pub ( & not too pleasing on the eye ) . I'm all in for getting the fans to spend more time & therefore money at the ground on match day ( & of course as a social destination on non-match days ) but shouldn't the vast majority of fans be catered for with stylish, modern bars & places to eat ? I'm hoping that the fans who only can afford a basic season ticket are catered for & have access to these type of facilities without having to buy an expensive package deal ......get it right Everton, this is our future !!!
is that a football ground or a nightclub/theatre, It seems over the top to watch 22 blokes kick a ball around for 90 minutes, so we are not going back to the terraces with Bovril and pork pies,
I agree with you in relation to the Winslow etc but I suppose this is what the future of football requires you to do to compete. Any idea what Goodison will turn into?
There was always going to be an increase In prices for a stadium that cost close to 750 million, possibly more, it is on a different planet compared to Goodison. If season tickets at Goodison were to be £850 and let's say a season ticket for goal ends cost £1200, you have got to ask yourself the question, is it worth paying £350 more a season for what's on offer, massive step up in stadiums and it has got to be paid for somehow.
If the Goodison supper bar doesn’t have a concession then I’m not going. Also they need to bring back the Eccles cakes warming on the tea urn for half time to even tempt me to go…
Lovely stadium but have a bad feeling about this...99% of people who go to goodison don't go near a pub before or after...encouraging drinking in the stadium in what look like some glorified social clubs which will quickly start showing wear and tear I fear won't end well. Should leave this trade to the independent establishments in the area and use hospitality to make money out of the rich and corporate.
Hmm just looks like every other boring modern stadium tbh. Looks like the King Power. Why not design a new stadium but have the traditional English ground qualities to it. Another soulless bowl.

Cheers to Luke for sorting out my Village St seats last week. I'll miss the Old Lady after 45 years of going there but its time.

I don't think this is the customer service area mate. Try belling the stadium.
Stunning stadium, such detail. I hope Everton stay up.
😂😂😂
Excellent insight lads, bit out my price range but will definitely be looking to do a match by match basis for special occasions
Did I miss the prices👀
Prices have been leaked across social media 3-4k
How much is the cheapest match day visit, rather than a seasonal membership @ 2 to 3k upwards?

This stadium is going to be such an upgrade, it’s unreal. I could see myself using the hospitality on special occasions rather than all the time
How much were the packages on for?

Im a dinosaur ,not for me but hope works out for the club .The modern day fans I couldnt care less about them
Man, wow, going to be the best stadium in the Championship for sure.
@blueboy189 "Relegated", get used to that word.
@blueboy189 I'll give you this, your passionate , especially if you are in England, it's got to be pass 2 in the morning there.
Why is the capacity not being bigger?
Why design it with one stand behind the goals much smaller than the others? Looks like a huge design flaw.
I guess this for the tory blues with a 10k season ticket, will the standard fans have somewhere to drink or do we get a tent on the car park outside
or working class ppl who've worked hard for themselves and fancy treating themselves
@@ToffeeTVEFCof course they deserve to treat themselves. I'm a Red but Everton do deserve a new stadium I'll end up still calling it goodison

It is what it is. I'm sure they will have mars bars and pies, hotdogs and sandwiches for normal prices.
No need for a new trophy room thats for sure 😂😂😂

Nope looks incredible and is unique ! Being lauded by architects as the best in the land 👍
As a Newcastle fan the new ground will look good in the Championship .Everton will always be a small club compared to the Toon 👍
Hahahaha. Try harder mate, come back when you've won a pot in the last 60 years
cause of all those trophy's you've won 🤣
Toon are even shitter now with money. The wheels have fell off already with your club😂😂
