Plus they have maintained excellent security in the area. For me, it's too expensive. In Baguio City, there are other nice areas with good neighborhood except that there are no commercial activities, strictly residential. But nearby are commercial areas for one's daily needs, which are very accessible.

Its about 30 - 45 minutes away from Baguio's center depending on traffic situation but you can reach that place from Baguio via three routes. Another is The Village within Baguio which is about 10 - 20 minutes drive via a traffic jammed route. Also another at Itogon, Benguet just beside Baguio about 30 minutes drive. I think the cheapest (for the rich people) is at WiNaCa. The minimum lot area is 1,000 square meters and you can build your own house - your own design. I am not a real estate broker but I can assist you if you plan for a visit in the near future, so that you can choose among the three. They are all cool places and all have sunset views. Thank you.
