Just got these controllers to use with the q2 and I'm sad to say I'd kill for that kind of accuracy
Mine are drifting around when I'm still and not keeping up with my faster movements few other problems aswell (in a well lit room)
Breaks my heart they market these as being more accurate mine are unusable for onward

Mine aren’t doing that but randomly while playing they’ll just completely disconnect from my headset and stop tracking

@fusion9258 my problem got patched the disconnect issue lives on recently mine have started giving overheating notifications and shutting off! Pretty frustrating problems for a premium product. All we can do is report them or otherwise bitch about them on the meta support pages.

The closest answer I hav to this is the firmware for the controllers are still underdeveloped, so it should sort itself out in time as updates roll out for them, also the controllers have a tendency to stop providing motion input data after it has not been moving a significant amount. It could be hardware related, but I sincerely doubt that since the quest 2 it's has virtually no jitter while being worn and the should have similar cameras

I tested this in Zero Caliber and it happens there as well. Its perfectly steady with one hand and can even one tap targets easy enough. But two hands and it starts to jitter or drift.

It's not, it's the controllers, they may have fixed this issue by now, but I wouldn't know as I returned the pro

I have that same problem in Onward. With just one hand, the aim is better stabilized. The rotation of the controllers are fine, but they are floating around ever so slightly. Grabbing the gun with both hands, its almost impossible to take a precise shot. Super annoying. With my 6 year old Oculus RV1, i was so much better in Onward. This new superexpensive Headset makes me a worse player...

Think I've found the answer LED lights cause the problem that's all I have but tried it under the heat lamps in the bathroom no issues hope that helps

Try another VR FPS and test the same way, i have a feeling its Onward thats the issue,
You can also try using scope smoothing ingame settings

I tested it on Zero Caliber and it is the exact same issue. They work really well besides this issue though.
