I'm a believer that there is a large supply of good whiskey and tequila now that the hype has cooled off and more people are priced out and broke with Holiday spending + layoffs + $17.99 fast food.
I live down this way and love Disney! Polite pig(a little pricey) is a great place if you want a good pour and a lot of selections at Disney Springs. Bronson liquors II is about 20 minutes from the general hotel area.
