This looks exactly what I have on my left eye.
I've went to an eye doctor and he kept saying he doesn't know what it is, kept giving me eyedrops and even vitamins. I've went to him 6 times. Very expensive appointments, and still he doesn't know. Told me I have glaucoma.
Now a random youtube video just told me what it is.

It looks very irritated like an inflammatory marker.
Honestly, I thank my parents for teaching me to use a face towel in the morning to wipe my eyes/eyelids, my whole face, behind/in the ears and on my neck. This removes so much oil, dead skin, debris, etc. I sometimes wondered why or how people get black heads on the back of their ears or how styes come to be (assuming no foreign debris got lodged in there to create it) but it's all just a build up of oils and dead skin. CLEAN YOUR FACE GUYS. Don't just splash water on your face!

great job, That procedure was very scary to watch. But you do a fantastic job. How can a person prevent it from happening. Do they normally come in clusters like it did with this guy? Was what happened because he didn't take care of the first one. That's why I got why his eye problem got so bad.
