Thanks to Mikal for making such a great plugin for Construct 3! This is a long tutorial, I decided to keep it all in one video so make use of the timecodes in the description for what you are interested in. Hope this helps!
12:50 A neat trick I've learned is that you can just click anywhere on the empty space in the "folder bar" (or whatever it's called, the top bar that shows the current path) in File Explorer, type "cmd" right there and press Enter; it will open up a command prompt in the same folder you don't have to cd :)
29:01 Lol, my project XD. Didn't expect to see him here on youtube. Feel free to use it if you wish. ;) The texture could have been better, but texturing is not my strong point.
I'm trying this plugin and when I import model to Construct textures get all messed up and wrong. Did everthing step by step and still textures are wrong.
C3 crash every time i try to link the path to my importet gtlf. I cant choose embedded gtlf when saving in blender, I only can choose separate gtlf. Is that why? And how do i ad that to blender?
Hi there, I was wondering if this plug in can work with other 3D plug ins, the Camera etc.. or can only one be used at a time? or ( combine, mix match.. work in tandem with now in C3?))
Does the 3D object plugin work with vox files as well? Also recently I purchased Crocotile 3D and saw it supports exporting gltf and glb I havent gotten a chance to really use it yet but I am excited too because I think between C3 and Crocotile 3D it would be possible to make rapid prototypes of ps1/n64 aesthetically styled games.
Could you make a video where you export a cube with (bake) please I'm new to unity and I can't export the textures with (bake) or a step-by-step manual for me it would be very important to be able to develop my video game in 3d I speak Spanish, and I don't I can understand the explanations
hello there! i just bought this add-on and realised that i'm not sure where you got the model texture of the green dragon from, and how can i get my 3d model's texture from. i work in blender. can you help me out please? great and informative video, by the way!
In order to get the texture you can usually grab from the image editor inside blender or grab from the filer structure of the unity download 👍 good luck!
Hey, this is very cool, thanks for all the detail! A friend and I are building a 3D modeling tool that we hope goes well with this, it's extremely simple but can make great low-poly art, zero technical skills required. Would you be interested in a collaborative video or discussion? Thanks!

Love this. So helpful. Think I'll be trying it out on the weekend.
Thanks! Good luck, I love your channel btw, great reflection on the “solo devs work too hard” video.
hey can you make viedo about exporting game (to play normaly like game on pc)
Excellent question.
Great info as always. It's amazing how far the engine has come!
Thanks Phil! Yes- it is awesome to see new game concepts be unlocked through the new features while still having the ease of using C3's event system.

It can certainly be used with the other native c3 3d plugins. Good luck!
Would it be possible to create a 3d point in blender with the sphere and make it invisible kinda like how the image point work in construct editor?

any ideas how make this same stem (export GLTF) in 3ds max?
I am not an expert in 3Ds Max but I believe you need the Babylon.js exporter to do it. Good luck!

Is possible import a blockbench model to construct 3?
Hi. What's the status of the 3D model on top of which is a transparent sprite on the 3D layer?

Dragon model can be found here: assetstore.unity.com/account/assets

@@FoozleCC thanks for your quick response, but i am still a bit confused. i am in the image editor, what do i do now?
Cant we just convert for example .obj to that gdlf format. Googling shows that there are online converters. Has anybody tried those?
