Prince William to Star in New Documentary About Tackling Homelessness

- Prince William’s mission to prove homelessness can be eradicated will be the focus of a new two-part documentary.
The Prince of Wales will feature in the series called ‘Prince William: We Can End Homelessness’ which will give a glimpse into the work that has gone on behind the scenes.
The news was announced as the prince prepares to mark the first anniversary of his housing project, Homewards.
The documentary will comprise two one-hour episodes, and will be shown on ITV1 and ITVX this autumn.

@annatjienilsen539 I have not forgotten about King C, but the story was regarding homelessness, which his Mother had instilled in him, I would have said his father, had the story been about climate change. I do think that this wonderful young man, has been blessed with the best of both his parents, and his paternal Grandparents.

The Passage homeless centre since 1980s is a fantastic St. Vincent De Paul Charity is for all & non believers , always need Volunteers 😊 we can all play our part in helping our fellow brothers & sisters if you can't help hands on , u can donate 😊

Homelessness is such a worldwide problem. It is soul destroying. I dont know how this organisation hopes to end homelessness, but having been homeless, I will watch with interest. Good luck.
Not worldwide but 5 chosen areas as an example of how it can be done. Hopefully goverment will then adopt those principles and will roll it out countrywide

You're right. I live in Jakarta and given today's housing price, it will take my daughters 100 years to own a home on their salary. Many children are still living with their parents to save money, otherwise there's no hope for them buying a house.
Keep the faith. If anyone can do it Prince William can. It can end with Prince William and the homeless people who want it to end for them.

I saw a documentary about Finland and their homelessness successes.
Yes, there is a small percentage of the homeless who chose to stay homeless, however the vast majority of the homeless chose to move into provided housing where they had their own private space.
It's an interesting documentary.
I'm sure Prince William has all the information needed for the same successful outcome that Finland has experienced.

Prince William has a persona, much like anyone who is a public figure. William and the entire Royal Family wish to appear benevolent and compassionate. Why would that be? Simply, to hang on to a multi-billionaire lifestyle due to accidents of birth and despite the glaring and offensive presence of “royalty” in the 21st Century.

Wow, Prince William learned so much both from his mother about those less fortunate and from his Pa, the King about the environment etc. He has great compassion and really just wants to make a difference. What a great King he'll be. This initiative will be an example to the government who should carry on going. We don't want to have to see our x service men and women on the streets after serving their country or anyone come to that, it can happen to so many. Fantastic initiative.

Prince William announced this project a year ago. May his efforts over the last year and moving forward continue to take up so much of his energy and focus .. the Royal Lovers really get behind his project.. that they might be so busy the negativity towards his brother will end … there is enough need in the world .. for them to both do much good 👍🏽
The negativity towards his brother has become personal. It's not even about the royal family. It's his self promotion by buying awards that makes people disgusted with him. it's the fact that he charges Invictus Games money just to show up while demanding a private jet and $5000 a night suite for a week when the veterans that are competing there don't have enough money to feed their family. Not to mention money is missing from Invictus which is one of the reasons why they couldn't hold it this year and probably by the time they do they will have removed Harry from it.
