Im a julian user since before the revamp, i think b4 the revamp is also good i use him as a jungle, midlane, exp lane and roam using tank builds(depends) so it doesnt matter if he got nerf in the future man im sure u can make use of the new build (sky piercer) even if julian got nerfed ❤
