looking forward to the potential post retirement Nick feature, but until then this is a great tribute! love seeing the love for him/his channel throughout the community
Nick was the first Go content creator I found that I could watch - back then, what little Go content existed was overwhelmingly Asian with hardly any English-speaking. So I used to watch Nick all the time along with Andrew. Also for a brief time there was Brady's Blunders :) another interesting character. Anyway great stuff as always! Hope you get badmoves to 1 Dan
With sadness I also said goodbye to Nick yesterday. We wish him all the best - and as you said, I haven't seen yet all his content. We'll keep watching!!
great video as always. it's a bit heartwarming to hear you talk about how nick's videos will still show up. i don't make videos or anything but i imagine it were painful for nick to wonder if his channel is going to turn into dust, so seeing others in the community reassure him is sweet :)
thanks for the nick shoutout...for some reason i thought you two just didn't get along...read something somewhere.... i used to watch nick when i was a terrible kyu player because i couldn't get what you were saying. it was a lot of time on nick's channel that finally let me appreciate all that you teach here! [i've always hoped you two could have done more vids together]
I keep wondering why go content creators don't do more videos together. Would be interesting to see creators play, review and discuss concept with each other.
@dwyrin. I love watching you not kill. It's fascinating to me. So I wonder when you're trying to win against a high dan do these options come up for you? Is it always a choice like this? I know from my own games of pain that when I get a big kill and my opponent still easily wins I know I messed up. You do murder monday and basic friday. Can you do I do what I gotta do to win day and explain why going one way versus the other is better? Thanks for all of your games and dialogue. You're good and funny. Top shelf.
Havn't played for 15 years but was 4k online back in the day. Can you explain to me again the logic of the early game here bottom right corner? My intuition feels as if black gets a bigger corner than needed there, what am I missing?

I still miss brady
I hope you never retire. I really appreciate your content and the fun way you present it.
Nice idea and nice gesture towards Nick. Actually it's through one of his videos that I got to know YOUR channel. GO Greetings from France !
Thx for the tribute game. I'll miss Nick Sibicky. You and he are by far my most watched Go content creators.

Getting him on as a guest would be GREAT. I'd watch that.
A very nice tribute to Nick! Is reusing a sandbagging account name meta-sandbagging? I hope so!
All appreciation to Nick! Always loved his positive attitude and approach ❤

pretty funny how you let certain things pass if you got away with a bad move 😂
I like this new series. Honor to Nick!

Yes, B did get a bigger corner. W didn't follow joseki. Dwyrin shows the proper moves in review. 24:42

I hope you keep going with go videos until you're super old and pick up an old person accent. Looking forward.
