I'm not 👀 looking to buy; I'm just 👀 looking, but, it's a beauty of beautiful rich 👀 looking scenes shown about the outside of the house, and inside the house, in each room is beautiful for beautiful and or rich person's to choose to live in real love, peace and happiness; sooo beautiful.😘

This model showed poor build quality. We've toured it several times over the past year. The stair rail is coming off the wall on the second set of steps, the house was poorly wrapped and has air leaks, and the molding in the master is crooked and cracking. $1.3 million and cheap builder-grade windows? Check the google reviews on this builder. Lots of issues. Paula, the sales rep, starts qualifying you as soon as you walk in the door. She was 20 mins late for both our showings. We live around the corner. Beautiful exteriors but buyer beware

Ah sorry you have had a bad experience with JP Orleans and the sales rep there. Do you have any builders that you are a fan of that I should feature instead?
